The 8-Week Beginner Strength Program is designed for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in strength training.

 

Ideal for beginners, this program is a step-by-step approach to building strength and confidence in your fitness.

Run in a semi-private format (maxiumum of 6 people), it combines effective workouts tailored to your fitness level, personalised coaching and expert guidance to help you learn to lift properly and achieve optimal results safely, ensuring steady improvement over the course of eight weeks.

  • 2x 90 mins semi-private sessions each week led by experienced strength & powerlifting coach
  • Access to the Training App and full Programs Library, including guided tutorial on how to use it

Meet your coach!

Hi, my name is Lee-Ann. I’m a national-level powerlifter with multiple podium finishes at National Championships. I’ve also had a rewarding career as a primary & secondary teacher, including in leadership as an Assistant Principal.

I first discovered the incredible benefits of strength training in 2017. Even while working full-time as a teacher, I quickly realised it profoundly improved not just my physical health, but also my mental wellbeing, helping me manage stress, boost my energy levels, and even better handle my overall workload.

Now, as a co-owner of MDSTRENGTH, I hope to help others experience the benefits of strength training. I am excited to share my love for getting strong and can’t wait to see you experience it for yourself!
