You have been training using basic barbell movements for a while and are ready to take your training to the next level.
YOU Are A Current Powerlifter
You compete as a powerlifter and your training has plateaued. You are after the best possible service to take your performance to the next level.
YOU Can Train In A Team Environment
You have to ability to train in a team environment. This may include tasks such as spotting, loading, and of course providing hype when needed.
YOU Are Wanting To Compete
You are willing to join Australia's IPF affiliate, the Australian Powerlifting Union and commit to competing with the team 2-3 times per year.

Yes on occasion we do like to let our hair down and celebrate, particularly after big meets and towards the end of the year.
