THE POWERLIFTING SQUAD IS FOR YOU IF...
YOU Are An Aspiring Powerlifter
You have been training using basic barbell movements for a while and are ready to take your training to the next level.
YOU Can Train In A Team
You have to ability to train with others in a team environment. This may include tasks such as spotting, loading etc.
YOU Are Wanting To Compete
You are willing to join a drug tested powerlifting federation and committed to competing with the team 1-2 times per year.
SQUAD TRAINING TIMES
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 6:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday - 10:30am-1:30pm
Please note that all those new to powerlifting will be required to complete the starters pack before joining.
