Introduction 2 Strength (8 Week Course)

Ideal for beginners or anyone returning to barbell training, this 8-week course is designed to teach the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

  • Hands-on coaching for core lifts – squat, bench press, deadlift, and accessory movements, with technique feedback to build confidence and prevent injury
